<p>She is a member of the Michigan Osteopathic Association, American Osteopathic Association, Michigan Psychiatric Society and the American Psychiatric Association.</p>
<p>Dr. Hailey was an active participant in the Dialectical Behavior Therapy group at The DBT Center of Michigan. She completed her psychiatry residency at Michigan State University and her osteopathic internship at Botsford Hospital, Farmington Hills, Mich.</p>
<p>She is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Ft. Lauderdale.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/cornellacarlson_hd.jpg"><img class="left" title="cornellacarlson_hd" src="/ed/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/cornellacarlson_hd-200x300.jpg" alt="" width="200" height="300" /></a>Tracey Cornella-Carlson, MD, a board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist, is the medical director of the child and adolescent inpatient and the partial hospitalization eating disorder programs at Rogers Memorial Hospital – Milwaukee. She received her medical degree from the Chicago Medical School in 1992. </p>
<p>At Rush Presbyterian St. Luke&#8217;s Medical Center in Chicago, Dr. Cornella-Carlson completed a three-year general psychiatry residency and a two-year fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry, during which she was Chief Fellow. She has done research on co-morbidity in boys with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and specializes in eating disorders.</p>
<p>Dr. Cornella-Carlson is licensed to practice psychiatry in the state of Wisconsin, is a current member of the Academy for Eating Disorders and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.</p>
